October 2022 marked the 10th Birthday of our client Jack & Co. In addition to creating the 10th birthday film, we worked with the client to create a month long promotion to celebrate the milestone with their customers.
The challenge was to come up with a promotion that would reward customers who spent in store. In addition, they wanted to grow their customer loyalty program, the Cracker Jack Club.
The final promotion was to give away a free tank of fuel each day during October and have a major prize at the end of the month- $5000 jackpot. To enter, customers needed to spend $10 instore or $50 on fuel to receive their unique game card. They then registered their entry on our dedicated birthday competition website using their unique code. To encourage customers to join the Cracker Jack Club, members were given bonus entries if they joined or were an existing member.
The overall result saw double digit sales increases across all stores during the month and over 2000 new customers on their database. The promotion not only rewarded loyal customers but attracted new customers to the store making it at WIN WIN.
The project included: - working with the graphic design agency on the giveaway graphics, game cards and competition microsite
- creating and posting to social media throughout the month including featuring winners and encouraging people to enter
- creation of email marketing campaigns and list management
- creating and monitoring Facebook advertising campaign
- organising a Radio campaign
- ensuring all print and digital assets were in place across the 4 stores
- organising branded Visa cards as prizes
- coordinating and communicating with the prize winners
- organising and executing the overall marketing plan for the campaign.
